DAY1
Overnight: Volcanoes NP · Dinner
Arrival in Kigali to Volcanoes NP
Welcomed at Kigali International Airport, travel through Rwanda’s scenic hills to Volcanoes National Park. Check into your lodge at the foot of the Virunga Mountains and prepare for the adventure ahead.
DAY2
Overnight: Volcanoes NP · B, L & D
Gorilla Trekking Day
An early briefing at Kinigi headquarters, then trek into the forest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants in their natural home (trek can take 2–6 hours).
DAY3
Overnight: Musanze · B & L
Golden Monkey Trekking
A shorter, easier trek in search of the endangered golden monkeys among the bamboo, with time to observe and photograph the playful troop before returning to Musanze.
DAY4
Breakfast · Tour ends
Kigali Departure
Return to Kigali for lunch and a little relaxation before your transfer to the airport for departure.
