Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before travel. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal and Paystack. Prices are quoted in USD and may change until a booking is confirmed.
Travel Documents
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and any required vaccinations. G&G assists with visa services where available.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing immediately upon decision.
- Cancellation charges take effect from the date written notice is received.
- Cancellation within one week of travel: no refund.
- To cancel during a payment plan, contact us in writing at least 5 business days before the next direct debit.
- If a tour is cancelled by G&G Travel and Tour, a full refund is provided.
- Refund processing takes 3–4 weeks due to banking procedures.
- Bank charges are deducted from refunds paid to a company bank account.
- Unused or unutilized services are refunded based on the policy above.
Liability
G&G acts as an intermediary for transport, accommodation and activity providers and is not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
